I am planning going on my mom's forty-oneth Bday trip at United States on on February. Please advise me about a cheap hotel with a location near the center of town in New York?

i heard Chelsea Hotel is extraordinary... Are you intending on visiting there?

keith014, i liked the Chelsea Hotel! There was warm, but not too hot weather that day, and once we were done with the Chelsea Hotel we ate lunch at this beautiful place close by. What a memorable trip!!!
