I will make a trip for my friend's daughter's 34th Bday on on September through London. Can any one please recommend to me a hotel with a money changer in London?

i enjoyed the Bank of England! There was nice weather that day, and once we were through with the Bank of England we ate supper at this great joint in the vicinity. What a nice trip!!!
