Felt really upset there! I was not too happy with this hotel and everyone in it, the bed was really vile. The heating was malfunctioning when I was spending a night there. I must say, the family to my right were rude, I couldn't stand it. This hotel is not OK. I detested the suite. Everyone in this hotel are unspeakable - I disdained them. I hated the front desk, it was totally undesirable, the lobby was pretty ordinary, and also the people in the room-service were discourteous! I was so dissatisfied with this hotel. If you are looking for a disappointing experience, just get a room at.
